RISE case: 'Sensory Bouquet'

This Vivacitea RISE infusion was created for someone who wanted a light floral blend that really stimulated the senses with a gentle touch of caffeine. Rather than overly relying on a caffeine rush for focus and attention, the scent and flavor profile of this blend naturally stimulate pleasurable engagement.

The base is a fine green tea harvested from E’mei mountain by a collective in Sichuan province. It is naturally accentuated with real jasmine flowers (which remain in the blend) as opposed to being sprayed with artificial jasmine fragrance, as is commonly the case with mass-produced jasmine teas.The marriage of this delicate higher altitude and earlier spring leaves and bud green tea with aromatic jasmine blossoms is expertly balanced so the jasmine complements, rather than overwhelms, the green tea base. We also added butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea) for its antioxidant and cognitive enhancing propeties as well as its brilliant blue hue adding to the sensory stimulation this blend provides.

This tea can be steeped in a clear glass pot or mug without being bagged or strained because the leaves will sink to the bottom. This tea is as visually pretty as it is aromatic and heady.
