How does this work?
The ‘Book a Consultation’ button will bring you to a scheduling page. Select ‘Vivacitea formula consult’ from the drop down menu and select a date and time. I’ll contact you by email within 24 hours of your request to confirm a time for us to meet and provide the initial questionnaire.

What can Vivacitea formulas be used for?

Many people start using a Vivacitea formula to help with a transition of some sort– that could be a seasonal shift your mind/body is adjusting to or a particular issue you’re seeking support with mentally or physically. One example would be a functional beverage to help the immune system going into colder months while supporting a mindset shift into darker days and more internal focus. Some people also seek more of what is called a ‘constitutional formula’ or a base formula that helps harmonize lifelong tendencies that can be used long term as needed.

How is my formula determined?
We will start with a questionnaire so that I can gain an overview of what you’re currently experiencing as well as historical information. Afterwards we’ll convene a 30-minute telehealth consultation to talk more about your routines and what type of formula would be meet your needs while being enjoyable and easy to use!

What is included in my purchase?
After our meeting, the first fill of your formula, enough to last about 1 month, will be mailed to you (or available for local NYC pick-up). You can order refills as needed without scheduling a new consultation.

Is insurance coverage accepted?
In some cases, there is partial coverage on PPO insurance plans as well as flex spending or health savings accounts. Upload your insurance information when scheduling to have us verify whether yours has this type of coverage.
