This custom RISE infusion was created for a customer who wanted an energizing and cooling blend that could be brewed by the pitcher, then strained and consumed cooled down throughout the day. The natural jasmine and green tea ‘pearls’ and the yellow chrysantemum buds unfurl during steeping, then can be easily strained or spooned out to yield a luminous golden tisane with a touch of caffeine to both perk you up and soothe the scorch over the course of a summer day. Chrysanthemum has both anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties and is rich in vitamins and minerals.
